Ask the AI SDR to try again on a thread it gave up on: after three failed runs nothing retries by itself and agent_hold reads ai_sdr_failed. This arms a new run for the work the dead one owed. Allowed exactly when agent_hold reads ai_sdr_failed, else 409 nothing_to_retry with the current hold in context; ai_sdr_unavailable is re-offered by itself; a failed plan step is edited with the agent_plans tools instead. result.run is the armed run: read the thread again in a minute.
