Snooze many threads, or wake them

The bulk form of snoozing one thread, a done mark taken off with it. A null snoozed_until cancels the snooze on every selected thread. Ids that no longer exist are silently absent from the count rather than failing the batch, because a selection can go stale under the user between choosing and clicking.
