Delete a thread

Removes the conversation and its messages from Oneprofile. The contact, their sequence enrolments, and the do-not-contact list are untouched, so a new reply starts a fresh conversation. Attachment bytes stay in the private bucket as a deliberate trade-off: their rows cascade away, the bucket is never publicly readable, and no private-bucket delete helper exists.
