Stream the inbox's change events

Server-sent event stream of inbox changes. One coalesced event kind, inbox_invalidated, tells the client to refetch what it shows; hello on connect means the same thing. The server closes the stream after a few minutes with a reconnect frame. Requires Clerk authentication; API keys are rejected.
