Create a booking share link

Runs booking.createShareLink; owner-only. Returns a shareUrl for the system share sheet — without it the app can only share plain text (#926). Calling again ROTATES the token, so every previously shared link dies immediately. Both PII opt-ins default to false: includeGuests adds the guest names and includeRequests the special requests to the public page, so only send them when the customer asked for it. Send {} to share the stay without either.
