Email the booking confirmation again
Runs booking.resendConfirmation; owner-only. Sends to the booking's guest email unless email is given, which sends a copy there without changing the booking. Send {} for the default. 400 when the booking is cancelled, 412 while it is not yet confirmed, 429 after 3 resends of one booking in 10 minutes (whichever inbox they went to). Returns { success, sentTo, usedOverride }.
