Booking detail

Runs booking.getById; owner-only. The hotel's IANA time zone is hotel.location.timezone (e.g. Asia/Dubai). hotel.location or its timezone is null when we hold no zone for the property, which includes every supplier snapshot booking, so render check-in/out dates as calendar dates rather than converting them through a zone.
