Remove a collaborator from a Study

Removes the person's membership and revokes their invitations for this Study in one step, so an old invitation link cannot restore access. Removing a Study collaborator also ends the read access to the Study's Audiences and Minds that being a collaborator gave them. Nobody is emailed. Only the Study owner may call it; the owner cannot be removed.
