Validate Tableau Connected App

Probe a connection's Connected App (JWT): sign a token, try candidate views via the Embedding API, and report whether Tableau accepted it — to the logs drawer. Read-only against Tableau. Always returns 200 with a result so the caller can render the log; failures are reported, not raised.

Pass view_content_url to probe a known-good view deterministically; without it up to five recently updated workbooks are tried (which needs PAT to enumerate).
