Tableau Workbook Views

Enumerate a workbook's views over the connection's stored PAT.

Given a connection and a workbook LUID, return every sheet as [{view_id, name, content_url}], so a caller who only knows the workbook can discover its views and then extract one by id/content_url. Needs only PAT (no Connected App JWT, no browser). workbook_id is a Tableau LUID; a plain numeric UI id is resolved best-effort via the Metadata API, and a 400 is returned if it can't be translated. PAT-only: 409 if none configured.
