Test Immuta

Vend a role against the connection's Immuta tenant so a broken credential surfaces here, not on the first user question — where fail closed means nobody can query.

userid names the Immuta user to vend for, defaulting to the calling admin. An admin who is not themselves an Immuta user would otherwise only ever see a user-not-found error and read it as a broken integration.
