Receive Google's redirect; forward code+state to the replicator; store.

State signing/verification happens inside the replicator (it signed it). The replicator returns {org_id, refresh_token, customer_id, accounts}; dot binds the result to org_id and persists via the existing replication storage. The refresh token never reaches the browser.
