Update User Profile

Update user profile information: name and background (slack_title).

FIELD MAPPING NOTE: The slack_title parameter stores the user's "Background" field from the UI. This is a legacy naming convention from when the field was used for Slack integration. UI label: "Background" -> API/DB field: "slack_title". Personal notes (formerly "goals") are managed via the /user_memory endpoints.
