Working hours and paid parental leave side by side, or ranked

With countries (two or more): ILOSTAT mean weekly hours actually worked, OECD average annual hours actually worked (members only), and World Bank WBL paid maternity/paternity leave in days with who pays. Without: the spine ranked by metric. A missing metric is absent, and dropped from rankings, never zero. OECD's annual-hours series is not comparable across countries by OECD's own statement, attached to every response carrying it. Statutory minimum annual leave is not included.
