WorldCupAdmin

Manually triggers the World Cup result ingestion job. Polls football-data.org for finished matches, enqueues scoring for newly-final matches, and regenerates the results file. ENQUEUES the job and returns immediately. Pass dryRun=true to have the job log its planned actions without enqueuing scoring or writing files.
