WorldCupAdmin

Rewards a SINGLE client's World Cup leaderboard from its configured leaderboard-reward configs — each RewardConfiguration flagged IsLeaderboardReward is paid to the player finishing at its RewardEventIndex rank. ENQUEUES a background job and returns immediately; the payout runs asynchronously and grants each player at most once (safe to re-trigger). Pass dryRun=true to have the job grant nothing and only log who WOULD be rewarded.
