Challenges

Gets goal-achieved counts and the "Earned" (total-achieved) count for multiple challenges. TotalGoalAchievedCount and GoalAchievedPercentage come from the data warehouse; TotalAchievedCount ("Earned") is read live from the transactional Achievement table (distinct achievers, scoped to the client's live key) so it matches the Analytics/Insights participant count instead of lagging the warehouse sync.
