Challenges

Dashboard World Cup prediction leaderboard for a challenge: the top `count` ranked players (by total prediction score) with their REAL (unmasked) display names. `count` is the number of ranks the frontend wants; when 0 or omitted the manager falls back to the challenge's configured cap. Reuses the same ranking core as the widget board.
