Debug Vocabulary Analysis

Debug endpoint to test vocabulary analysis with logging.

This is the route the 2026-09-18 repository review found: it took user_id as a form field and ran a vocabulary analysis over that account's calls with no authentication at all. The form field is gone - the caller is the token, and a debug endpoint analyses the caller's own vocabulary or nobody's. No caller was found anywhere in the tree.
