Store a progress snapshot after analyzing conversation quality
Args: user_id: ID of the user target_language: Language being learned (optional, will use user's default) snapshot_type: Type of snapshot ('daily', 'weekly', 'monthly', 'on_demand') analysis_period_hours: How many hours back to analyze (default 24)
Returns: Progress snapshot information and trend analysis
