Register an instant match call for proper end call notifications

🔒 Had zero auth dependency — anyone could overwrite ANY call_id's active- call registry entry (caller/callee identities, room name, and — since this merges with existing_data — could also be used to probe/tamper with an in-flight call's token-economy fields). Now requires the caller to be one of the two parties they're naming.
