Blocked time slots for a tutor, for signed-in students.

Not public (2026-09-18 route-auth review): BlockedTimeResponse carries title and description, the words the tutor wrote on their own calendar. A student booking around them needs the times; the internet did not need the reasons. blockedTimeService.js sends the token already.
