Search Who We Are Gifs

{results: [{id, title, preview, url}]}, at most 24, rated G: the composer's GIF search, asked of Giphy by the server so the browser never needs the key. An empty q answers Giphy's trending GIFs. 503 with "GIF search is not set up yet" while no key is configured.

A plain def: the call to Giphy blocks, so it runs on the thread pool.
