Start a new AI voice calling session.

The user_id form field is gone (2026-09-18 route-auth review): it was the only thing that said whose call this was, so anybody could open a ChaCha call on any account, spending that account's voice quota and creating a CallSession attributed to them. AIVoiceCallInterface.jsx sends the token on this path already (fetchAPI is fetchWithAuth outside preview mode); the preview flow has its own -preview endpoint.
