Anonymous Vote

Cast an anonymous vote on a feature.

This endpoint allows users to vote without logging in. Requires Turnstile verification (unless disabled in dev mode). Uses a cookie-based anonymous_id (KSUID) to prevent duplicate votes.

The anonymous_id should be stored in a cookie (f1_anon_id) by the frontend. If not provided, a new one will be generated and returned.
