Userportal Oauth Complete

Finish portal OAuth on the return host.

Google/Microsoft redirect to app.feedback1.ai. That callback 302s here on the original portal host (custom domain or *.feedback1.ai) so Set-Cookie is host-only and readable by that host. Then we 302 to the page the user started from, still including session_token for JS / widget postMessage.
