Create Feature Comment

Create a new conversation (comment) on a feature.

Authentication:

  • If authenticated via session token, conversation is linked to the CRM contact
  • If not authenticated, a guest conversation is created (requires email)
  • Employees (users) can also reply as company representatives

The conversation is public by default and appears on the userportal.
