Every offer of a game across sources and regions, plus its itad_id and ITAD historical-low seeds

key is a Steam AppID (digits) or a slug. Not filtered by Itad:Public: rows hidden from public reads carry hidden: true (shown as "ITAD (gizli)"). Admin key only, never cached.
