Clicks to sales to commission, grouped by store, channel (src) and page

Parameters: from, to (yyyy-MM-dd UTC, both inclusive; default last 30 days, at most 366 days). Bot clicks are excluded. Reversed sales count in sales/reversed but not in amounts. unmatched holds sales without a click (by sale date).
