Lease Termination

Regularize charges for a termination

Triggers the charge regularization step of an ongoing lease termination.

Computes the final charge balance and marks the corresponding checklist item as completed. Returns the updated termination state, including its checklist progress.

Requires the leases:write permission. No request body is needed.

Status of a lease termination process.

effective_datestring date required

Effective end date of the lease (ISO 8601).

actual_exit_datestring date nullable

Actual exit date of the tenant, if recorded.

exit_condition_report_idstring uuid nullable

Exit condition report (état des lieux de sortie) identifier, if any.

charge_review_idstring uuid nullable

Charge regularization review identifier, if any.

completion_percentageinteger required

Overall completion percentage of the checklist.

can_completeboolean required

Whether the termination can now be finalized.

created_atstring date-time required

Creation timestamp (ISO 8601).

updated_atstring date-time required

Last update timestamp (ISO 8601).
