Lease Termination

Initiate termination from natural expiration

Initiates the termination process for a lease that has reached its end_date without a formal notice (congé). Used for fixed-term leases (mobility, seasonal, CDD). Transitions the lease directly from ACTIVE to FINALISATION (skips NOTICE).

Idempotent. Typically called by the scheduler, but can be triggered manually.

Permissions required: leases:write
