POST /public/track/<token>/notify — bouton « Notifier-moi » (R416).

Le destinataire s'abonne aux notifications de statut de SA livraison. Le
contact (email/SMS) est désormais RÉELLEMENT persisté sur le stop
(migration r416) et déclenchera les notifications à venir
(out_for_delivery / approaching / delivered / failed) — fin de la façade
V1.1 log-only.

Body JSON : `{contact_method: "email"|"sms", contact_value: "..."}`.
Retour 200 + `{subscribed: true, feature_status: "active"}`.
