Create an event label

Creates a triage label (JSON body). name is required, trimmed, and at most 48 characters; names are unique per user, case-insensitively, so a duplicate replies 409. color must be one of amber, cyan, red, green, blue, slate, violet, pink; an unrecognized value silently falls back to amber rather than failing the request, since the color is cosmetic. Returns 201 with the created label. Cookie callers must pass CSRF.

This is a write: a read-only API key is refused with 403.
