Set autopilot settings

Update the project's autopilot / auto-reply settings. Send only the fields you want to change — at least one is required.

Turning autopilot_enabled off hands per-campaign budgets back to you (PATCH …/campaigns/{id}/budget stops returning 409); turning it on makes them agent-managed again.
