Upload an attachment

Upload a file to attach to a reply in this campaign. Send it as multipart/form-data with the field file, then pass the returned id in attachment_ids of …/inbox/{person_id}/reply.

Limits: up to 25 MB per file; PDF, PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP, DOCX, PPTX, XLSX, TXT. Every file is checked by the same content moderation as uploads in the app — a refused file is 400 with the reason; if the check is briefly unavailable, 503 (retry). A reply carries up to 10 files, and their total must fit the sending mailbox (413 on …/reply). Up to 200 uploads per hour per API key (429 beyond that).
