Project analytics

Project-level performance for a period: the aggregate totals (emails, replies, reply rate, hot leads, spend) plus the per-campaign breakdown — exactly what the Explee dashboard shows for a project. Both the totals and the per-campaign rows cover the requested period.

Human replies across all campaigns in the period. This now excludes out-of-office and auto-acknowledgement answers, which are reported separately in total_auto_replies; on campaigns with heavy auto-responder traffic this number (and the rate below) is lower than it was before that change.

total_auto_repliesinteger required

Out-of-office / auto-acknowledgement answers in the period, counted apart from replies.

overall_reply_rate_pctnumber required

Replies ÷ emails sent across the project, percent.

total_hot_leadsinteger required

Hot leads across all campaigns in the period.
