Unenrol Lead Finder
Close a lead-finder run: drop its assignment rows and its label from agent_lead.ab_arms.
The inverse of the enrol route, and the reason a probe run is safe to make at all — bookkeeping for one key, meaningless once the run is over, and actively misleading if left behind (a cohort that looks real). Restricted to lead_finder and to a card that is NOT running: closing a live experiment's cohort out from under its readout is never what anyone meant.
