Write-scoped although it only reads, and deliberately so: the answer is not about this experiment at all — it ranks every outreach segment in the company by how much cold mail it has already sent, naming the client's project domain next to each. That is a cross-client commercial readout, and the read token is handed to every A/B researcher precisely as a token that cannot do anything but read their own experiment's numbers (.agents/commands/hats/ab-researcher.md). It is also an operator's tool — the input to choosing segments — not part of the readout.
