Unseen reply count + unreplied hot count for the segment Inbox badge.
Scoped to the segment in the URL — the badge sits on a single segment's workspace, so counting hot leads from sibling segments under the same project (the previous project-wide scope) made the badge a non-zero number that didn't match the empty contact list.
