Unlink Exercise From Sub Chapitre

Unlink an exercise from a sub-chapitre by deleting the link record.

This removes the HolidayCourseExerciseLink document but does not delete the actual exercise or sub-chapitre - only their association.

Only accessible by admin users.

delete/admin/holiday-courses/exercise-links/{link_id}
