Delete a holiday course chapitre and all its associated data. This performs cascading deletion of:

  • All HolidayCourseSubChapitre documents linked to this chapitre

  • HolidayCourseExercise documents (if not shared)
  • Course content (if source_type="holiday_workbook" and not shared elsewhere)

Only accessible by admin users.
