Criminal record certificate (GO) — Polícia Civil de Goiás

Issues the state criminal record certificate of Goiás, or validates one already issued.

Returns: the verdict in PossuiAntecedentes (false: nothing on record; true: record found; null: could not be determined) and ConseguiuEmitirCertidaoNegativa, plus the certificate data the portal prints (holder, number or code, issue date, validity, full text). On validar, DocumentoAutentico says whether the portal recognised the certificate and PossuiAntecedentes stays null: records are not checked.

Execution: synchronous, up to about 3 minutes; generates a PDF.

Note:

  • Steps: emitir (default) issues a new certificate and requires emitir=true; validar checks a certificate already issued and changes nothing at the portal.
  • Code 5 when the portal refuses to issue the certificate or, on validar, does not find it.
  • Code 1 with JaEmitido true when the portal reports that a valid certificate already exists for this data: no new certificate is issued and the existing one is not returned.
  • The portal does not check that the data sent belong to the same person: "nothing on record" means no record matches the data sent (IdentidadeVerificada false).
  • On validar, an expired certificate comes with Situacao atestado_vencido and the expiry date in ValidadeAte.
