Criminal record certificate (AC) — Polícia Civil do Acre

Changed on

Issues the state criminal record certificate of Acre for a person.

Source: Polícia Civil do Acre, online criminal record certificate service, queried at the time of the request.

Returns: the verdict in PossuiAntecedentes (false: nothing on record; true: record found; null: could not be determined) and ConseguiuEmitirCertidaoNegativa, plus the certificate data the portal prints (holder, number or code, issue date, validity, full text).

Execution: synchronous, up to about 3 minutes; generates a PDF.

Note:

  • emitir=true is required: this portal has no read-only query, so every call issues a certificate in the holder's name.
  • Code 5 when the portal refuses to issue the certificate.
  • Code 1 with JaEmitido true when the portal reports that a valid certificate already exists for this data: no new certificate is issued and the existing one is not returned.
