List AI Agents (v2, tenant actor)

Same operation and query parameters as GET /v2/agents. Supports User JWT and B2B Server JWT.

Lists the agents whose home App (ownerAppId) is the App in the path, within the usual visibility rules (the caller's own plus public ones). The caller must manage that App (or belong to it).
