Export an Agent's configuration as a portable bundle (v2)

Returns schemaVersion: ethora.agent.bundle.v1 containing the agent doc with identifiers stripped. The bundle holds the agent's configuration (prompt, RAG tags, model choice, heartbeat, etc.) but NOT the RAG corpus - sources are owned by the App and the destination should reindex from the original URLs.

Authorization: owner of the agent, super-admin, or anyone if the agent's visibility is public.
