List an organization's identity domains

List the domains and their proof state.

Readable by every member of the organization, not only the owner: a domain and whether it is proven are configuration rather than a secret, and an admin debugging why federated login admits nobody needs to see them.

Args: organization_id (int): The parent organization. db (AsyncSession): Request-scoped session. context (ActiveContext): Resolved caller. query (IdentityDomainListQuery): Pagination query params. pager (Paginator): Fills the response's navigation metadata.

Returns: IdentityDomainsResponse: The domains. Empty is an ordinary answer -- an organization that has not started proving one yet.
