Return one domain belonging to an organization.

Args: organization_id (int): Identifier of the organization. domain_id (int): The domain's identifier. db (AsyncSession): Request-scoped database session. context (ActiveContext): Resolved caller identity and scope.

Returns: DomainResponse: The requested domain.
