Schwab Authorize Url

Return the Schwab OAuth2 authorization URL.

Step 1 of Schwab setup:

1. Visit the returned URL in your browser
2. Log in with your Schwab account and approve access
3. Copy the code query parameter from the redirect URL
4. POST /api/admin/schwab/callback with {"code": "<value>"}
