Update device mappings on an asset

Install, uninstall, and update device entries on an asset in a single atomic request. Processing order: uninstalls, then updates, then installs. Maintains audit history (uninstalled devices are kept with date_uninstalled set). Supports USER, USER_LEGACY, and M2M authentication.
