沿革タイムライン (corporate history)

有価証券報告書「沿革」セクションから抽出した構造化イベント時系列を返します。 規則ベースの年月抽出と言語モデルによる event_type 分類の併用（低 confidence は別の言語モデルで再判定）。 4,526 社 / 246K events / 1804-2030 年カバー。

event_type 12 種: founding / listing / delisting / renaming / merger / acquisition / divestiture / subsidiary_change / business_change / facility / management / other.

Default は最新有報の events のみ (extraction_layer != 'historical_diff')。 include_historical_diff=true で過去年度のみに存在するイベント (廃止子会社・撤退事業・過去 M&A、~20% を占める) も含める。
